The Russian Federation sees sure signals of the new United States administration to establish a far-reaching dialogue with Moscow on cyber-cooperation issues, said Andrey Krutskikh, Director of the Department of International Information Security of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia, to the Ria Novosti.

“I think that the realm of cyber-cooperation, or at least building understanding with the US (in this area), is a priority not only for us but also for Washington if we put aside the whole American ideology. There are signs that the US will be interested in having a serious conversation with us as soon as possible”, Krutskikh said.
